South Dakota is leading the nation with its new blender pump plan. The plan is to add over 100 new blender pumps at gas stations that want to be included in the program. Blender pumps allow the retailer to sell blended ethanol fuel at different percentages through the same pump, making the fuel station more appealing to drivers of flex fuel vehicles.
