Turning Algae Into Automobile Fuel

One of the most exciting parts of the thought of having the world make the transition to biofuel is the ability to in some cases make fuel from plants that don't already serve a large purpose in human existence. The process of turning algae into biofuel is one of these type of things. While algae serves a huge purpose ecologically, it isn't something that is already grown or manufactured for human consumption and at the same time can be farmed quickly in ponds setup for this type of operation. New ways of farming algae and producing biofuel are happening all the time, its an exciting time to be involved with emerging fuels.
